School Of Naturopathy

"The living body is the best pharmacy ever devised.  It produces diuretics, painkillers, tranquilizers, sleeping pills, and antibiotics.  It applies the right dosages with minimal or  no side effects, and the directions are inbuilt"

                                 Deepak Chopra

Naturopathy is the philosophy that everything needed to maintain health and well-being exists in nature, and that the human, as a natural being, has the ability to heal itself when in proper balance. Learning how to balance mind-body-spirit in relation to health is key to the practice of naturopathy.

Our diploma in Naturopathy consists of:

Detoxification and Wellness

Discover how environmental, chemical, dietary, and emotional toxins can accumulate and affect the body--and natural methods of removing them system by system using herbs, supplements, breathwork, and more.

Flower Essences

An essence is the vital life force of a plant, flower, or herb that has been extracted and preserved into an elixir. This course focuses on modern flower essences (non Bach) as a means to transcend issues and conditions not currently being addressed in traditional flower remedy preparations.  Emphasis is on plant identification and essence preparation.

Herbology

The study of herbs and their benefit for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being according to historical use and folklore traditions.

Aromatherapy

An introduction to the basic theory and history of how essential oils and scent may affect mood and well-being.

Indian Head Massage

Learn the fundamentals of this Ayurvedic practice which has been in existence for thousands of years.  Indian Head massage can be done on yourself or performed on others.

Reflexology

Reflexology is the study of pressure points that exist on the feet that correspond to every bodily organ and system. It is believed that stimulation of specific points can reduce stress, speed healing, and improve mood.

Chromology

A survey of how color can be utilized as a holistic practice on its own or in conjunction with other complementary modalities.

Upon completion of the program, students are awarded a diploma as a Naturopathic Consultant.
